1. Services We Provide

We sell digital Minecraft in-game items and content for various Minecraft servers. These items may include ranks, cosmetics, kits, currency, or other digital goods. All items are delivered digitally and intended for use on specific Minecraft servers.

Note: We are not affiliated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or any specific Minecraft server unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 13 years of age (or have parental permission if under 18),
• Own a valid Minecraft account,
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Purchases and Delivery

• All purchases are final. Items are typically delivered within a day after payment confirmation, the process may take up to a week due to system delays, manual verification, or high demand.
• You are responsible for providing accurate Minecraft usernames and server information.
• We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
• Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless required by law. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for duplicate purchases or non-delivery.

5. Server Compliance

• You are responsible for ensuring that the items you purchase comply with the rules and terms of the server(s) you play on.
• We are not liable for:
  • Account bans or restrictions caused by using purchased items,
  • Server-side issues or downtime that may impact item usability.

6. Intellectual Property

• All custom content, graphics, and branding on our website are owned by JC Productions™ or licensed appropriately.
• "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios/Microsoft.
• We are not endorsed or affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft in any way.

7. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and purchase information. You must not share access to your account or allow unauthorized purchases.

8. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, Minecraft accounts, or server progress due to the use or misuse of our services.

10. Item Delivery Policy

• Most items are delivered instantly or within a few hours.
• However, delivery may take up to ONE WEEK due to system delays, manual verification, or high demand.
• If a week have passed since your purchase and the item has not been delivered, you may request a full refund by contacting support.
• Note: Refunds will only be issued if the delivery delay is our fault. Incorrect usernames, payment reversals, or user bans do not qualify for refunds.
